Commissioners Tony Johnson, Thomas C. Lamar, and Jason Stooks met in regular session on Tuesday, November 12, 2025, and the following actions were taken:
By Motion and Order, approved the consent calendar items as published on the agenda:
Approval of the Commissioners' Proceedings for the week of November 3rd.
Approval to transfer equipment - from District Court to ITS.
Approve settlement agreement and authorize the Chair's signature on Withdrawal of Protest form for Water Right 87-12404.
Approval to hire Michel Terry for Deputy Prosecuting Attorney C, 0807-04 line 07 (11/17/2025). approve to change table of organization line 0807-03 line 6 (PAB) to 0807-04 line 6 (PAC) and to Transfer Ari Woodyard from Line 0807-04 line 7 to 0807-04 Line 6.
Acknowledgement of water right: 86-12188, 87-12401, 87-12402.
Approval to transfer equipment - from Prosecuting Attorney's Office to DMV, Facilities, and Fair Grounds.
Approval to surplus equipment - Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
Approved the closure of Latah County Offices on Friday, December 12, 2025, from 11:45am to 1:45pm for the Annual Employee Holiday Party.
Approved Wellness Day to give as a grand prize paid vacation time of 8 hours.
Approved FFY 2026 Traffic Enforcement Grant Project Agreement and authorizes
Deputy Chief Tim Besst as signatory.
Approved Proposed Firearm Trade with Gunarama.
Approved Operation Green Light for Veterans 2025 Proclamation.
Reviewed and approved Claims Report.
