202732 CITY OF TROY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Troy City Council will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at Troy City Hall, 519 S. Main Street, Troy, Idaho, to consider a variance request submitted by Robert ("Bobby") and Jennifer Wilson, owners of the property located at 218 Monica Street, Troy, Idaho. The request seeks a variance from Troy City Code 155.076, which requires a 20-foot (20') setback from the front of a structure on the property to the street. The applicants are requesting a 5-foot variance to allow the construction of a second garage within 15 feet of Monica Street. The intent of the variance is to eliminate off-street parking in front of the residence, thereby improving visibility and enhancing pedestrian safety along Monica Street.
