Nez Perce County (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: George Creek Culvert. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Nez Perce County Board of Commissioners, Attn: Stephanie Cuddihy located at 1230 Main Street, Lewiston, Idaho 83501 until August 28, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Project includes the following Work: Removal of the existing 103 inch by 71 inch pipe arch culvert and installation of a bottomless arch culvert. Project also includes the construction of retaining walls and plant mix pavement. Nez Perce County is in the process of procuring the bottomless arch culvert and precast concrete footings. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. A non-mandatory site visit will follow the pre-bid conference. Instructions to Bidders. All bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers' check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal.
