GEORGE CREEK CULVERT
General Notice. Nez Perce County (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: George Creek Culvert. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Nez Perce County Board of Commissioners, Attn: Stephanie Cuddihy located at 1230 Main Street, Lewiston, Idaho 83501 until August 28, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Project includes the following Work: Removal of the existing 103 inch by 71 inch pipe arch culvert and installation of a bottomless arch culvert. Project also includes the construction of retaining walls and plant mix pavement. Nez Perce County is in the process of procuring the bottomless arch culvert and precast concrete footings.
Obtaining the Bidding Documents. Complete digital project bidding documents are available at www.questcdn.com - Project Name: George Creek Culvert, Project 9797751 and may be downloaded for a non-refundable fee. Prospective bidders shall purchase digital documents from Quest CDN to receive addenda postings. Please contact Quest CDN at 952-233-1632 or info@questcdn.com for assistance with digital project information. Bids will only be accepted from bidders on the Quest CDN plan holders list.

Pre-bid Conference. A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., local time at Nez Perce County Courthouse, Confluence Conference Room 1st Floor, 1230 Main St. Lewiston, Idaho, 83501. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. A non-mandatory site visit will follow the pre-bid conference.
Instructions to Bidders. All bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers' check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the Owner.
