202300 PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SHORELINE MANAGEMENT CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT Notice is hereby given that Asotin County Public Works Department has filed an application for a Shorelines Conditional Use Permit to improve the existing Snake River Road between Mileposts 19.00 and 19.71 to increase driver safety and provide an overall improved travel surface. The proposed project will reconstruct and widen the roadway to 26 feet, improve the road alignment and stormwater drainage, apply a bituminous surface treatment, and install guardrails to improve safety. The project will begin within Section 32, T8N, R47E, and end in Section 5, T7N, R47E, W.M. in Asotin County, WA. The project is proposed to be within the Snake River watershed. Any person desiring to express their views or to be notified of the action taken on this application should notify the Asotin County Planning Department, Box 610, Asotin, WA 99402, in writing within thirty days of the date of the last publication of this notice.
