203060 NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Board of Whitman County Commissioners, Whitman County, Washington will consider the report of the County Road Engineer for the vacation and abandonment of all of the Rebel Flat Road, County Road No. 5680 located in the Southeast quarter of Section 33, Township 16 North, Range 45 East, W.M., Whitman County, Washington. A hearing on said vacation will be held by the Whitman County Commissioners in the Commissioner Chambers of the Whitman County Courthouse at 400 N Main Street, Colfax, Washington on the 1st day of December, 2025, at the hour of 10:15 a.m., at which time and place all persons interested may appear and be heard for or against said vacation and abandonment.
