That part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 37, Range 2 West of the Boise Meridian, Nez Perce County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a concrete monument marking the Northwest corner of said Section 35, from which the West line of Section 35 bears South 0°36' West; thence from said Northwest corner of Section 35, South 17°18'18" East, a distance of 719.00 feet, more or less, to an iron pin on the Northwesterly line of that property deeded to Mr. Earle Noe and recorded May 3, 1974 as Instrument No. 375944 in the records of Nez Perce County, said pin being the True Point of Beginning; thence South 31°11'29" East, a distance of 337.00 feet to an iron pin; thence South 63°14'12" West, a distance of 178.44 feet, more or less, to an iron pin on the Northerly right of way line of the Northern Pacific Railroad, said point intersecting the right of way line on a circular curve, having a radius of 1482.68 feet, from which the center of said curve bears South 53°48'30" West; thence Northwesterly along said right of way, through a central angle of 12°32'52", a distance of 324.71 feet to an iron pin; thence North 57°31'30" East along the Northwesterly line of said Earle Noe property, a distance of 241.32 feet to an iron pin and the True Point of Beginning.

You have been sued by JAMES P. KUSLER and CYNTHIA E. KUSLER, the Plaintiffs, in the District Court in and for Nez Perce County, Idaho, Case No. CV35-25-1701.
The nature of the claim against you is Quiet Title.
Any time after 21 days following the last publication of this summons, the court may enter a judgment against you without further notice, unless prior to that time you have filed a written response in the proper form, including the Case No., and paid any required filing fee to the Clerk of the Court at 1230 Main Street, Lewiston, Idaho 83501, (208) 799-3040, and served a copy of your response on the Plaintiffs Attorney, Ruvim V. Kuznetsov, Creason Burris Kuznetsov, PLLC, 1219 Idaho Street, P.O. Drawer 835, Lewiston, Idaho 83501.
