NOTICE
OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF UNIONTOWN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Uniontown Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Uniontown Community Building Dining Room, located at 205 S. Montgomery Street, Uniontown, Washington.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a petition submitted by Palouse Habitat for Humanity requesting a rezone of Lots 4 and 5, Block 1, Rolling Hills Subdivision, from Neighborhood Residential to Urban Residential. The proposed rezone would allow two existing building lots to be reconfigured into three building lots.
All persons wishing to provide testimony are invited to attend. Public comments may be limited to five (5) minutes per individual.
