Bids may be hand carried or mailed to: Idaho Military Division - Contracting Office, at 4040 W Guard St., Boise, Idaho 83705. A description of the work of this project can be summarized to: Maintenance shop interior repairs: securing comm closet, adding two office spaces, removing and relocating the current breakroom kitchen casework, new breakroom, wet storage area, & library. Alternates for vehicle exhaust system replacement, stair landing enclosure, and through wall transfer grills. Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date. Fax proposals shall not be accepted. Plans, specifications, proposal forms and other information can be obtained at no cost by licensed primary contractors from the IMD Planroom website: www.imdplanroom.com A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. All work is to be accomplished within 120 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
