Approval to hire Sadie Lograsso for Deputy Court Clerk II Pre-trial Misdemeanors in the District Court 0830-09 line 09 (08/18/2025). Approval to hire Mark K Lincoln for Noxious Weeds Superintendent in the Weed Control Supervisor 2700-01, level 12, line 01 (09/01/2025). Approval to hire Jenni Waters for Vehicle Registration Specialist/Driver's License Examiner in the Sherriff-Driver's Licensing 0843-02, line 04 (09/15/2025). Approved Idaho Health & Welfare Re-entry Grant Amendment 7 for FY26. Approved Storage Agreement with University of Idaho for the broadband fiber project. Approved Non-disclosure Agreement between Latah County and Ziply. Approved Digital Evidence System Grant Award. Approved 8 hours vacation for each employee who on a team wins the Corn Hole Tournament at the Latah County Employee BBQ on August 28, 2025. Reviewed and approved Claims Report. By Motion and Order, having held a Public Budget Hearing pursuant to Idaho Code 31-1604 at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, in consideration of the Latah County Fiscal Year 2026 Proposed Budget; the Budget shall be set at $43,029,717 which is not greater than the amount of the tentative budget nor includes an amount to be raised from property taxes greater than the amount advertised; The amount advertised was $13,118,113. By Motion and Order, approved resolution 2025-10 amending Fee Resolution 2023-18 Fee schedule for Latah County development services by changing some fees and adding new fees.
