Case VAR26-0006 involves a request by Phil Purser, on behalf of Campus Vista Manufactured Home Park, to allow an approximately 1,250 square foot manufactured home on a 3,315 square foot lot within a manufactured home park on the property at 1155 SE Professional Mall Boulevard. Manufactured homes over 960 square feet require a minimum lot size of 3,600 square feet. All interested persons or their authorized agents are encouraged to appear at the public hearing and testify for or against the proposal.
