Heirs and devisees of MONTE JOE TYLER, MONICA BLAZEVICH, MICHELE BOVEY, MANDY BAKER, and heirs and devisees of JOHN ASBURY TYLER, SR., and heirs and devisees of JOHN ASBURY TYLER, JR., and unknown owners, and all other unknown claimants, and all other persons unknown claiming any right, title, lien, estate, or interest in and to real property ownership or any cloud upon Plaintiff's title hereto as to land described as follows: Situate in the County of Nez Perce state of Idaho, to wit:
Parcel 1:
All that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 35 North, Range 1 West of the Boise Meridian, records of Nez Perce County, Idaho lying Northeasterly of the County road as the same is no located.
Parcel 2:
That part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 35 North, Range 1 East of the Boise Meridian, records of Nez Perce County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 19; thence East along the North boundary of said Section 19 a distance of 110 feet to a point; thence South and parallel with the West Section line of said Section 19 a distance of 850 feet to a point; thence West a distance of 110 feet to the West Section line of Section 19; thence North along the section line of Section 19 a distance of 850 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Any time after 21 days following the last publication of this summons, the Court may enter a judgment against you without further notice, unless prior to that time you have filed a written response in the proper form, including the Case No., and paid any required filing fee to the Clerk of the District Court, Nez Perce County, 1230 Main Street, Lewiston, ID 83501 - (208) 799-3040 and served a copy of your response on the Plaintiffs' attorney, W. Jeremy Carr, at Clark and Feeney, P.O. Drawer 285, 1229 Main Street, Suite 201, Lewiston, Idaho 83501.
A copy of the Summons and Complaint can be obtained by contacting either the Clerk of the Court or the attorney for Plaintiffs. If you wish legal assistance, you should immediately retain an attorney to advise you in this matter.
An appropriate written response requires compliance with Rule 2 and other Idaho Rules of Civil Procedure and shall also include:
1. The title and number of this case.
2. If your response is an Answer to the Complaint, it must contain admissions or denials of the separate allegations of the Complaint and other defenses you may claim.
3. Your signature, mailing address and telephone number, or the signature, mailing address and telephone number of your attorney.
4. Proof of mailing or delivery of a copy of your response to plaintiff's attorney, as designated above.
