205507 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Design-Build Services DUE: 31 AUG 26 No later than 1:00 p.m. The Nez Perce Tribe is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified contractors for a Design-Build construction project for a new addition on the Judicial Building in Lapwai, Idaho. This project is funded, in part, through a grant awarded by the U.S. Department of Justice. The work generally consists of construction of a new addition, approximately 5,000-square-foot, associated site improvements, utilities, parking, and related work.
