NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Trustee's sale of the above properties originally scheduled for the 20th day of June, 2025 at the hour of 1 o'clock p.m. is continued to September 19, 2025 at the hour of 1 o'clock p.m. The location of sale shall be at the front steps of the Asotin County Superior Court located at 135 Second St., Asotin, WA 99402 in the City of Asotin, State of Washington. At such location and at such time, the trustee shall sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder, payable at the time of sale, the following described real property, situated in the County of Asotin, State of Washington, to wit:
