The Project includes Demolition of existing treatment lagoons, blower building and headworks screens. Construction of new lagoons and blower building and installation of new headworks screens, blowers, emergency generator, yard piping, and all additional infrastructure necessary for a complete and functioning wastewater treatment system. The Project is funded by the American Rescue Plan Act as administered by the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality, the Water Environmental Program as administered by the United States Department of America-Rural Development, and an Idaho Department of Commerce Block Grant.
