205097 Transportation Improvement Program 2027-2031 The public comment period for the Lewis-Clark Valley MPO (LCVMPO) 2027-2031 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is July 1, 2026, through July 31, 2026. The TIP implements the LCVMPO's Long Range Transportation Plan by identifying federally funded transportation projects located within LCVMPO's boundaries over the next five years. These projects include transit improvements for Lewiston Transit and the Asotin County PTBA's programming of projects (POP). The TIP project list can be viewed and downloaded from LCVMPO's website (www.lewisclarkmpo.org). Comments are encouraged and may be submitted by e-mail to Director Rebecca Couch, at director@lewisclarkmpo.org, or by calling (509) 339-7100 and leaving a message prior to August 1, 2026. The LCVMPO Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) will also accept public comments at a special TAC meeting scheduled for Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (meeting location posted on website).
