202370 CITY OF LEWISTON REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS RFQ-26-002 - PROFESSIONAL SERVICES MASTER AGREEMENT Fiscal Years 2026 and 2027 The City of Lewiston is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified individuals and firms interested in providing professional services under a Professional Services Master Agreement for Fiscal Years 2026 and 2027. At the City's sole discretion, the Agreement may be extended for up to three (3) additional one-year terms. The evaluation process will follow the schedule outlined in this RFQ. Firms or individuals may submit SOQs by email to Purchasing@cityoflewiston.org. The full RFQ is available online at www.cityoflewiston.us/bids.aspx. Questions must be submitted in writing as specified in the RFQ. Responses will be accepted until 2:00 pm local time on September 30, 2025.
