204923 American Towers LLC is proposing to construct a 190-ft (194-ft overall with appurtenances) AGL monopole telecommunications tower at 1133 16th Ave, south of the City of Clarkston, within the county of Asotin, Washington (Parcel ID: 1-004-14-004-0005-0000). The tower facility will include an approximately 20-ft wide by ~750-ft long access & utility easement along with a 30-ft buffer surrounding the proposed lease area. American Towers LLC seeks comments from all interested persons on any potential significant impact the proposed action could have on the quality of the human environment pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Section 1.1307, including potential impacts to historic or cultural resources that are listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.
