MILLER, JR.; LEROY SHAW, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF LEROY SHAW; THE STATE OF IDAHO; AND DOES 1 THROUGH 20, including all parties with an interest in and/or residing in real property commonly known as 19168 Lonesome Dove Lane, Lenore, Idaho 83541, and legally described as: A parcel of land situated in the County of Nez Perce, State of Idaho, a portion of Government Lot 5 of Section 29, Township 37 North, Range 2 West of the Boise Meridian, Nez Perce County, Idaho, South of Cook's Paradise Acres as shown on the recorded plat thereof, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southwest One Quarter of said Section 29; thence South 0°19'20" West a distance of 419.88 feet to the Southwest corner of said Cook's Paradise Acres; thence East along the South line of said Cook's Paradise Acres a distance of 304.01 feet; thence South 32°55'58" East a distance of 52.18 feet; thence South 81°53'29" East a distance of 86.83 feet; thence South 74°49'39" East a distance of 162.52 feet to a point on the Northeast corner of Assessor's Parcel 001C and The True Point of Beginning; thence South 63°13'24" East a distance of 144.11 feet; a point on the Northwest corner of Assessor's parcel 5845; thence South 39°02'00" East a distance of 72.10 feet along the Westerly side of said Assessor's Parcel 5845; thence South 13°00'54" East a distance of 676.14 feet to the South line of said Government Lot 5; thence South 89°43'30" West a distance of 507.24 feet along the said South line; thence North 6°36'00" East a distance of 659.68 feet to the Southeast corner of said Assessor's parcel 001C; thence North 39°38'30" East a distance of 164.70 feet along said Assessor's Parcel 001C to the True Point of Beginning. You have been sued by Gwendolyn B. Yates, the Plaintiff, in the District Court in and for Nez Perce County, Idaho, Case No. CV35-26-0583. The nature of the claim against you is for foreclosure and to quiet title. Any time after 21 days following the last publication of this summons, the court may enter a judgment against you without further notice, unless prior to that time you have filed a written response in the proper form, including the Case No., and paid any required filing fee to the Clerk of the Court at 1230 Main Street, Lewiston, Idaho 83501, (208) 799-3040, and served a copy of your response on the Plaintiff's Attorney, Ruvim V.
