Commissioners Tony Johnson, Thomas C. Lamar, and Jason Stooks met in regular session on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, and the following actions were taken:
By Motion and Order, pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206 (1) (a), (b), & (d), convened in executive session at 9:01 AM on April 28, 2026, to discuss records that are exempt from public disclosure. Adjourned at 9:56 AM.

Approved Resolution 2026-05: Auditor's Office Records Destruction.
Approved Parks & Recreation Volunteer Spring Valley Camp Host Agreement for camp host services from May 1, 2026 - September 30, 2026; camp host to be reimbursed $500 for expenses.
Approved Parks & Recreation Volunteer Moose Creek Camp Host Agreement for camp host services from May 1, 2026 - September 30, 2026; camp host to be reimbursed $850 for expenses.
Approved Chair's signature on the Engagement, Representation, and Governance Letter for Hayden Ross Outside Audit Services of Latah County financial statement for Fiscal Year 2025.
Approved Order ending Local Disaster Emergency Declaration.
Approved proclamation designating May 2, 2026, as Stop the Bleed Day.
Approved amending the agenda.
Approved engagement of Clements, Brown, & McNichols P.A. for litigation and hourly rate will be $200, billed on a 1/10th of an hour basis.
Reviewed and approved Claims Report.
