204619 CITY OF LEWISTON SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 4948 ORDINANCE NO. 4948: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LEWISTON AMENDING VARIOUS SECTIONS LEWISTON CITY CODE CHAPTER 19 RELATED TO HEALTH AND SANITATION; ENACTING A NEW 19-2 OF LEWISTON CITY CODE RELATED TO ABATEMENT BY THE CITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Section 1 amends Lewiston City Code 19-1 relating to abatement of unsanitary buildings. Section 2 enacts a new 19-2 of Lewiston City Code titled "Abatement of violations by city and collection of costs." Section 3 amends various sections of Chapter 19, Article V of Lewiston City Code.
