Approved renewal of agreement between Latah County and Structured. Approved cooperative law enforcement annual operating and financial plan agreement between Latah County and USDA, Forest Service Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forests for patrol services ending December 31, 2025. Approved Planning & Building permit BLD25-271 fee waiver of $75 for courthouse roof overlay project. Approved determination on LUA25-020; a request by Curt McLam, Elk River Enterprises LLC, for a Rezone of 11 acres from Ag/Forest to Rural Residential on parcel RP41N04W066766. Approved Determination on LUA25-033; a request by Alden Gallagher for a Rezone of approximately 2.51 acres from Ag Forest to Commercial on RP41N04W065316. Approved Retail Alcohol Beverage Catering Permit for Fuzzy's Bar and Grill at 1201 Mt. Deary Creek Rd, Deary, August 2, 2025, 5:00 pm - 12:00 am. Approved Claims Report.
