204270 Call for Bids The Board of Trustees of Potlatch School District No. 285 will accept sealed bids for furnishing one (1) Conventional type "C" 59-65 passenger capacity bus with a wheelchair lift. Mailed bids should be sent to Potlatch School District No. 285 130 6th St, Potlatch, ID 83855-8757. They should be marked "Bid on School Bus". Bids will be received until 4:00pm on Monday, April 6, 2026. They will be opened at that time. Bid specifications may be obtained electronically from Sarah McKuin, Transportation Supervisor, sarah.mckuin@psd285.org or picked up at the office of the Superintendent. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids to protect the best interests of the School District and the right to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the School District. Prices quoted should be based on delivery after July 1, 2026 and before May 1, 2027. If this delivery cannot be met, the bid should state so, and the approximate delivery date should be provided. The bid should state the bid price for the bus, including net prices per option or options bid and the cost of delivery from the factory to Potlatch.
