Any action to set aside, enjoin, review, or otherwise challenge such action on the grounds of non compliance with the provisions of Chapter 43.21C RCW (State Environmental Policy Act) shall be commenced on or before 5 p.m. on September 5, 2025. 2. Description of agency action: The Pullman Public Works Department issued Grading Permit P15353, thereby allowing grading on the subject property. 3. Description of proposal: Approximately 2.5-acre expansion of Pullman City Cemetery for additional burial plots; grading of previous agricultural field will balance necessary cut and fill to prevent soil import/export. 4. Location of proposal: SE Cemetery Road, south of the old portion of the cemetery and Cemetery Road, and west of and adjacent to the newest section of the cemetery, within the SW 1/4 of Section 8, Township 14 N, Range 45 E, W.M. 5.
