204176 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking qualified applicants to reply to a request for proposal (RFP) for the rental and operation of the Marina Building/Store at Hells Gate State Park, located in Lewiston, Idaho, on the Snake River. A pre-proposal conference and facility tour for prospective bidders will be conducted at 2:00 pm (PT) on April 6, 2026 at Hells Gate State Park. All responses to this RFP are to be received in writing no later than 4:00 pm (PT) on April 17, 2026.
