203051 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES The City of Peck is requesting proposals for engineering services to conduct a planning study of the city's water system. The city may expand engineering services to include the planning, design and construction administration of improvements to the treatment plant and system. The city anticipates applying for federal and state assistance to fund the project.
