By Motion and Order, pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206 (1) (a), (b), & (d), convened in executive session at 9:01 AM on June 30, 2026, to discuss records that are exempt from public disclosure. Adjourned at 10:09 AM.

By Motion and Order, approved the consent calendar items as published on the agenda:
File Separation from Employment for Michael Weber, Patrol Corporal, No. 0845-10 Line 14 (06/19/2026).
File Separation from Employment for Laurel Caldwell, ITS Chief Information Officer, No. 0114-01 Line 01 (06/30/2026).
Approved amending the Personnel Policy Handbook to include Appendices A and B to update the title of the Information Services Director to reflect the current job description title to "Chief Information Officer of the Information Technology Department."
Approved the personnel Change Request Form for hiring John Carlsen as the Chief Information Officer.
Filed the Wellness Committee's budget report.
Approved to move forward on applying for a FEMA Grant Emergency Operations Center.
Approved 2025 Emergency Management Performance Grant No. EMPG25EM2900, a grant that is part of the funding for the Disaster Services, awarding $26,805.80 including a subrecipient match of $26,805.80.
Filed multiple Quarterlies Joint Treasurer/Auditor Reports for September 2025 - April 2026.
Approved FY27 Office of Highway Safety (OHS) Grant awarding up to $30,000 for FY 2027 Traffic Enforcement Grant Project Agreement.
Reviewed and approved Claims Report.
