205361 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING INTENT TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION TO RESERVE THE FORGONE INCREASE IN PROPERTY TAXES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2027 BY CENTRAL ORCHARDS SEWER DISTRICT PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing on the Intent of the Board of Directors of the Central Orchards Sewer District, County of Nez Perce, Lewiston, Idaho, to adopt a Resolution Reserving a Forgone Increase in Property Taxes for the fiscal year ending November 30, 2027 for potential use in a subsequent year in the amount of $15,072.00 shall occur on Thursday, August 13, 2026 at the hour of 5:30 p.m. at the office of Central Orchards Sewer District, located at 1522 Powers Avenue, Lewiston, Idaho, as the time and place for the hearing of public comments. At said hearing, any and all interested persons may appear and show cause, if any they have, why the said proposed resolution should not be adopted.
