NOTICE OF ACTION
NOTICE IS GIVEN under SEPA, RCW 43.21C.080, that the City of Pullman took the action described in (2) below on July 30, 2024.
1. Any action to set aside, enjoin, review, or otherwise challenge such action on the grounds of non compliance with the provisions of Chapter 43.21C RCW (State Environmental Policy Act) shall be commenced on or before 5 p.m. on September 5, 2025.
2. Description of agency action:
The Pullman Community Development Department issued Building Permit P15086, thereby allowing construction on the subject property.
3. Description of proposal:
Construct 3,168 square foot addition with ~432 square feet of covered exterior storage on existing storage building.
4. Location of proposal:
1035 S Grand Avenue, within the SE 1/4
of Section 6, Township 14 N, Range 45 E, W.M.
5. Type of environmental review under SEPA:
Environmental Checklist submitted July 12 2022;
Determination of Nonsignificance issued
August 4, 2022.
