202383 ORDINANCE NO. 119 AN ORDINANCE OF NEZ PERCE COUNTY AMENDING AND ENACTING SECTION 110.08.030 IN TITLE 110, CHAPTER 110.08 OF THE NEZ PERCE COUNTY CODE REGARDING ZONING MAP, AND FURTHER PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF NEZ PERCE COUNTY, IDAHO: Section 1. Nez Perce County Code Title 110, Chapter 110.08, Section 110.08.030 is hereby amended as follows: Sec. 110.08.030. Zoning Map The boundaries for the Official Zoning Map of Nez Perce County, which is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated into this chapter as though fully set forth herein are hereby modified and adopted by the following zoning map amendment: The zoning of the following described real property in Exhibit A situated within Nez Perce County, Idaho of approximately 1,116 acres of property, on Tax Parcels RP34N05W011800, RP34N04W067201, RP34N04W072428, and RP 34N05W120000 is hereby changed from Agricultural (A) to Agricultural Residential (AR) Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after passage, approval and publication as required by law.
