The Project generally includes construction of a new well house at City Well No. 9, including well lot site work, fencing, installation of a pitless unit and submersible turbine pump and motor in Well No. 9, well house building construction, well house yard and mechanical piping, well house HVAC, and related electrical, instrumentation, and controls work required for a complete and fully functioning municipal potable water production facility; and various water distribution system improvements.
