202339 LEWISTON CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE ESTABLISHING FEES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of Lewiston will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on increases in the following fees and charges, which are each proposed to increase by more than 5%: Public records requests from non-residents and audio/video requests; Bryden Canyon Golf Course fees; Normal Hill Cemetery opening and closing fees and weekend service fees; fees for mailed copies of business licenses; Planning and Zoning Fees for applications exceeding one (1) acre; Right-of-Way permit fees for trench/street cuts; Public Works fees for Water and Wastewater; Water Service utility fees; and Solid Waste, Yard Waste, and Recycling Service fees. Said hearing will be held on September 8, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Second Floor Event Space at the Lewiston City Library, 411 D Street, Lewiston, Idaho.
