204922 CITY OF LEWISTON NOTICE OF PROPOSED EASEMENT VACATION OF A PUBLIC STORMWATER EASEMENT LOCATED NEAR 3710 18TH STREET B NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of Lewiston will hold a public hearing on June 22, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Second Floor Event Space at the Lewiston City Library, 411 D Street, Lewiston, Idaho. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the following public stormwater easement vacation request: CASE NUMBER: VA-01-2026 PETITIONER: HARLEY WILLMORE The applicant filed a petition on April 30, 2026, requesting that the City vacate a portion of a Public Stormwater Easement located near the northerly end of Lot 30 of Block 4 of the Lutes Third Addition - Unit 2, commonly known as 3710 18th Street B.
