204683 LEGAL NOTICE DECLARATION OF SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT The City of Lewiston hereby publishes notice of intent to award a sole source procurement. This notice is being given pursuant to Idaho Code 67-2808(2). The sole source agreement is between the City of Lewiston and International Armored Group US, Inc. for the purchase of a Sentinel Armored Rescue Vehicle (ARV). The City has determined that this product is uniquely available from a single supplier due to its proprietary SMART ARMOR system, integrated NIF Level IV ballistic protection, specialized suspension design, and other exclusive features that are not available from other manufacturers and distributors of this product, and no comparable alternatives have been identified. Any challenges to this sole source procurement must be received, in writing, by 4:00 p.m. PDT on May 25, 2026, and be addressed to: City of Lewiston Purchasing, 1134 F Street, Lewiston, ID 83501.
