Approved Garcia Contracting LLC Contractor Agreement for concrete work at the Annex, 200 S Almon St, for a total of $18,622.19. Approved Superior Floors Inc Contractor Agreement for flooring installation in the Auditor's & Treasurer's Offices for a total of $18,101.32. Approved the board's signature on a Contractor Agreement with Northwest Management Inc for project management of Latah County's Western States Fire Mitigation Grant, not to exceed $17,500.00. Approved American250 in Idaho Celebration Fund Grant Agreement for a traveling exhibit on dryland agriculture and its history in Idaho; this grant is part of the American250 grant. Approved 3 notices to terminate Title Company Computer System Access Agreements with: Pioneer Title Company of Latah County, Latah Title Company, and Alliance Title & Escrow. Approved the Fifth Amendment to Professional Services Agreement with Zero DB Communications, LLC to provide additional project services to support the Intermountain Infrastructure Group (IIG) build and joint trach project with payment not to exceed $28,480.00.
