Approved ordinance No. 420 and summary publication for LUA25-033 Gallagher Rezone, Rezoning 2.51 acres from Ag/Forest to Commercial. Approved ordinance No. 421 and summary publication LUA25-020 Elk River Enterprises Rezone, Rezoning 2.51 acres from Ag/Forest to Rural Residential preferably. Approved authorization of Chair's signature on LUA26-019 the Palouse Valley Industrial Short Plat on RP39N05W102100. Approved Security Service Agreement with MDLM Security Group for Latah County Fair 2026. The county will pay $40 per hour for each security officer not to exceed $1,120.00 for services rendered. Approved Order Ending Local Disaster Emergency Declaration. Approved an Indemnity Bond for Summer Howard ($175.00). Approved the following Applications for Renewal of Property Tax Exemption (63-602B - Religious & 63-602E Educational): Wild Rose Mennonite Congregation for parcel number RP41N05W205410 (excludes cat 3) & RPP15300010050.
