The public hearing will be held on: Date: Tuesday March 10, 2026 Time: 5:00 pm Location: Peck Community Center - 160 S Main Street, Peck, ID 83545 The right-of-way proposed to be vacated is generally described as follows: A portion of South Park Street being a strip of land 35.00 feet in width southwesterly and directly adjacent to lots 1-10 if Block 65 of the Town of Peck in the southeast one-quarter of the southwest one-quarter of Section 11, Township 36 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Town of Peck, County of Nez Perce, State of Idaho.
