Address: Vacant Land, Clarkston, Asotin County, Washington Notice is hereby given, pursuant to RCW 78.22.050, that the surface owner of the real property described below intends to file a claim of abandonment and extinguishment of mineral interests upon the expiration of a period of sixty (60) days after the last date of publication of this notice on one of the current mineral interest owner, Linda Davis, unless she files a statement of claim of mineral interest prescribed by RCW 78.22.040. The last-known mineral interest holders of record were Juanita Therrell and Dean Walter. It is believed that Juanita Therrell and Dean Walter were siblings, and it is further believed both are deceased. It is further believed that Johnny L. Therrell is Juanita Therrell's surviving spouse and Lisa Therrell and Linda Davis are Juanita Therrell's daughters and Dean Walter's statutory heirs. Separate notice was given to Johnny L. Therrell and Lisa Therrell by registered mail. The address of Linda Davis is unknown to the county treasurer and cannot be determined after due diligence. Therefore, the surface owner is entitled to serve notice upon Linda Davis, a current mineral interest owner whose address is unknown, by publishing notice at least once each week for three consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation published in the county in which the property interest is located. The date of the first publication of this notice was February 24th, 2026.
