NOTICE OF VARIANCE PERMIT HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Whitman County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on the following Variance Permit application:
Two-GM, LLC requests a variance from the North-Pullman Moscow Corridor District side yard setback requirements to allow construction of a building located 10 feet from the side property line, where a 20-foot side setback is otherwise required. The site address is 5951 Pullman Airport Road, Pullman, WA 99163 in the SE 1/4 of Section 31, Township 15 N., Range 46 E., W.M., Whitman County, WA.
The hearing date and location is Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the auditorium, first floor of the Public Service Building, 310 N. Main Street, Colfax, WA 99111. Virtual attendance will be available via ZOOM at the following link: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/82711893903.
