203879 REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) - The Idaho Department of Water Resources (IDWR) is seeking qualified and experienced Respondents to submit a Statement of Qualification (SOQ) to develop recommendations, in the form of a technical report, that establish permitting requirements and assessment methods to ensure aquifer recharge activities using Class V injection wells are designed, constructed, and operated in a manner that does not adversely affect public drinking water systems or public health. The consultant will provide as-needed engineering reviews and recommendations for Underground Injection Control Managed Aquifer Recharge applications submitted to IDWR. RFQ information is available at IDWR, online at www.idwr.idaho.gov/solicitations. SOQ must be submitted using the forms provided by IDWR, included in the RFQ solicitation documents.
