NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
2026 TRANSPORTATION
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of Lewiston will hold a public hearing on February 23, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Second Floor Event Space at the Lewiston City Library, 411 D Street, Lewiston, Idaho. The purpose of the hearing is to receive testimony and comments regarding the 2026 Transportation Capital Improvement Plan.
The City of Lewiston shall make available to the public, upon request, the following: proposed land use assumptions, a copy of the proposed capital improvement plan, or amendments thereto. Any member of the public affected by the capital improvement plan or amendments shall have the right to appear at the public hearing and present evidence regarding the proposed capital improvement plan or amendments.
Submission of Written Comments: To ensure that written comments can be forwarded to the City Council and relevant staff prior to the hearing, please submit comments no later than 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 22, 2026. Written comments can be submitted by:
