Seeks public comment regarding proposed changes to the
2026 Annual Administrative Plan for
Idaho's HOME, HTF, and NSP Programs
IHFA is the HUD grantee for the State of Idaho's HOME Investment Partnerships, National Housing Trust Fund, and the Neighborhood Stabilization Programs. These programs are federally funded affordable housing development assistance programs.
IHFA proposes to make several substantive changes to the 2026 Annual Administrative Plan and asks for the public's comment regarding the changes. The Proposed Changes are available on IHFA's website https://www.idahohousing.com/partners/project-financing/developers/home-program/
under the 2026 Annual Administrative Plan section.
One 30-day public comment period is, January 7th, 2026 - February 5th, 2026. One Public Hearing is scheduled on January 22nd from 2pm-3pm Mountain Time. Park Plaza, 565 W. Myrtle Street, Boise Idaho or can be attended virtually. The purpose of this hearing is to receive oral and written comments regarding the 2026 Annual Administrative Plan.
