NOTICE: PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Nez Perce County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, January 20, at 6:00 p.m. in the Nez Perce County Courthouse Confluence Conference Room, 1st Floor, 1230 Main Street, Lewiston, Idaho concerning the following:
TA2025-2 Household Pets Definition and Animal regulations in the Lewiston Area of Impact. A request to add pot-bellied to the definition of household pets in Section 101.01.030 Definitions; and amend Title 112 Lewiston City Impact Area to allow one male chicken (i.e., rooster) per household in the F-2 zone. Roosters and swine are currently prohibited by Section 112.12.050 Animal rights, livestock, and pasture standards. Renee & Christopher Jenkins, Applicants.
TA2025-3 Determination of Classification - Class B Manufactured Homes for Hardship in the Lewiston Area of Impact. A request that the P&Z make a determination of classification regarding Section 112.20.040 (10) Manufactured home hardship provisions. Specifically, whether the use of a Class B manufactured home for hardship is conditionally permitted when there is already an existing home on a parcel.
