Approved Retail Alcohol Beverage Catering Permit for Happy Day Corporation DBA Taco Time Moscow at 1021 Harold St, Moscow. Approved Liftoff - Office 365 Cloud Services Agreement. Approved Latah County Parks and Recreation Volunteer Camp Host Agreement between Latah County and Tiege Ulschmid for services as Spring Valley from October 1, 2025 - October 31, 2025. As reimbursement for expenses, Latah County will pay the Camp Host $500 per month. Reviewed and approved Claims Report. Approved acceptance of the recommendations of the Latah County Planning Commission from November 18, 2025 without holding an additional public hearing to: adopt new area of city impact ordinances for each city in Latah County; apply amended Resolution 2010-32 and the amended Ordinance No. 395, and zoning designations; amend the Latah County Comprehensive Plan Resolution 2010-32 to display the new boundaries and the new Land Use Element designations for all properties in the area of impact Ordinance No. 246; and amend Ordinance No. 395 to display the new zoning designations for all properties as defined in Ordinance No. 246.
