203354 PUBLIC NOTICE ASOTIN COUNTY PUD WATER SYSTEM PLAN SEPA NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE In accordance with the Water System Plan development rules as set forth in Washington Administrative Code (WAC), chapter 246-290-100, the Asotin County PUD has issued a Determination of Non-Significance under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) for adoption of the Water System Plan. This project does not have any probable significant adverse environmental impacts. This decision was made after review of an environmental checklist and other information on file with the PUD. Comments on this project will be accepted until 5:00 PM on Monday, December 22, 2025 at the PUD office located at 1500 Scenic Way, Clarkston, Washington.
