203223 Announcement Pursuant to Idaho Code 67-2806A, Latah County is seeking proposals for the purchase of the required materials, including fiber-optic cabling, for Phase II of the County's Broadband Project. See below for a description of the required materials. Phase II includes fiber broadband construction to serve the Idaho communities of Potlatch and Genesee. The project is funded with America Rescue Plan Act, Coronavirus Capital Project Funds and through a 2023 Capital Project Funds Grant Agreement with the Idaho Department of Commerce. Proposals that address and comply with the RFP packet requirements are to be received as outlined no later than 5:00 pm PT on Wednesday December 17, 2025 5:00pm. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud on or about Tuesday, December 23, 2025 11:15 am PT at Latah County Courthouse Room 2B in Moscow, ID. Latah County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. Awarding of the project is contingent upon the negotiation of a professional services contract. Note that this project is part of a grant through the Idaho Office of Broadband and the American Rescue Plan Act Capital Projects Fund.
