202992 MOSCOW SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 281 CALL FOR BIDS FOR SCHOOL BUSES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Board of Trustees of Moscow School District No. 281, Moscow, Idaho, for one (1) 2027 model year Type C, 71 passenger school buses and one (1) 2027 model year Type C, 25 passenger Handicap equipped school bus. Bid documents and detailed specifications are available on our website http://msd281.org/ or from the office of the Business Manager at 650 N. Cleveland, Moscow, ID 83843-3659 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday until the day of the bid opening. Sealed bids must be marked "Bus Bid" and must be submitted on or before 10 a.m., PST, November 12, 2025, to the Business Manager at the above address. At the stated time bids will be publicly opened at the District Business Office and read aloud. Bids from any vendors received after this time will be rejected and not opened. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or to select any portion thereof any and all bids and to waive any technicality in the best interests of the district. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the opening of such bids unless the awarding of the bid is delayed for a period exceeding thirty days.
