Commissioners Tony Johnson, Thomas C. Lamar, and Jason Stooks met in regular session on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, and the following actions were taken:
By Motion and Order, pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206 (1) (a), (b), & (d), convened in executive session at 9:03 AM on September 2, 2025, to discuss records that are exempt from public disclosure. Adjourned at 9:21 AM.
By Motion and Order, approved the consent calendar items as published on the agenda:
Approval of the Commissioners' Proceedings for the week of October 6th
Approval to transfer equipment - Planning & Building to Facilities
Approval to surplus equipment - Probation & Youth Services
Approval to hire Michael Weber for Deputy Patrol, in the Sheriff's Office 0845-11 line 28 (10/13/2025)
File Continuation Certificate of Insurance for Sanitary Disposal, Inc. DBA Sunshine Disposal & Recycling, bond 100227263
Approved PeakOne benefits: fee schedule, increased costs, the Special FSA and HRA Plan Funding Arrangements, and new point of contact.
Approved Broadband Committee's construction bid recommendation for the Latah County Broadband Dark Fiber Project.
Approved Adobe Acrobat Pro for enterprise - subscription renewal for Latah County.
Approved Contractor Agreement between Latah County and Lucky Acres Fencing, Inc for materials & fencing installation around the Facilities' new shop.
Approved pre-application for a North Idaho Health Care Coalition grant in application for a defibrillator for the courthouse and for a mini Starlink and tablet for emergency communication in rural location.
Approved Volunteer Camp Host Agreement for Richard Bishop for Moose Creek and Spring Valley Campgrounds.
Approved Resolution 2025-14, a resolution to transfer cash from Solid Waste Collections fund line to current expense fund line.
Approved a modification to the current agreement between Latah County and Zero dB to provide construction supervisory services in support of the Latah County Broadband Grant Program.
Approved authorization for the use of the Latah County logo to identify County fiber marker materials and provide a contact number for digging or technical issues.
Reviewed and approved Claims Report.
