PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Whitman County Noxious Weed Control Board has three (3) vacant voting positions available. Members act in accordance with the Revised Code of WA (RCW) Chapter 17.10 and Washington Administrative Code (WAC) Chapter 16-750. Each voting member shall serve a term of 4 years. The Board members shall not receive a salary but shall be compensated for actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties.
District I encompasses the Lamont-Endicott area of the county.
District II encompasses the Oakesdale-Rosalia area of the county.
District IV encompasses the Lacrosse-Hay area of the county.
All persons interested in appointment to the board and residing within Districts I, II or IV shall make a written application available at: https://www.whitmancounty.
gov/DocumentCenter/

Committee-Application and the signatures of at least 10 registered voters, residing in the district who support the nomination to the Whitman County Noxious Weed Control Board. All candidates interested must submit their application by 5 PM, November 17th, 2025.
