Commissioners Tony Johnson, Thomas C. Lamar, and Jason Stooks met in regular session on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, and the following actions were taken:
By Motion and Order, pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206 (1) (a), (b), & (d), convened in executive session at 9:02 AM on September 30, 2025, to discuss records that are exempt from public disclosure. Adjourned at 9:22 AM.
By Motion and Order, approved the consent calendar items as published on the agenda:
Approval to transfer equipment - from Board of County Commissioners' Office to Sheriff's Office.
File Separation from employment for Krista Campbell, Probation Officer Assistant (Tracker) (09/23/2025).
File Separation from employment for Brad Bugher, Parks Maintenance (09/08/2025).
File Separation from employment for Joseph Silvula, Facility Tech I, (09/24/2025).
Approved Professional Services Agreement between Latah County and Anthony Austin for a part time role as a Recovery Coach.
Approved 2026 Idaho Policing Policy Manual License Agreement for the Sherrif's Office annual subscription fees.
Approved Chair's signature on Opioid Settlement participation agreement for funding from Purdue and 8 other manufacturers for addiction treatment, recovery programs, and prevention.
Approved State Historic Preservation Office Grant for Reconnaissance Survey of Genesee to identify historic structures that may be added to the National Register of Historic Places per the requirements of the Latah County Preservation Plan.
Approved Polling Locations for Consolidated for the General Election on November 4, 2025.
Reviewed and approved Claims Report.
Approved Broadband Committee to review and select one of the 4 bids for the Latah County Broadband Dark Fiber Project.
