Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS)
Description of Proposal: Washington State University proposes to construct an anerobic digestion facility that will co-digest manure slurry and cheese whey. The site will be approximately 150 feet by 60 feet, and will consist of a partially underground tank and several shipping containers where equipment will be located. The constructions is scheduled for November, 2025 thru January, 2027.
